Mysore Dussehra: Stills of Congress Govt 5 Free Guarantees on Parade

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that there will be a still film informing about the 5 free guarantees of the Congress government in the Mysore Dussehra celebrations this time.

After the meeting of the Mysore Dussehra Mahotsav High Level Committee, he addressed a press conference at Vidhansouda and said that there will be a still film informing about 5 guarantees this year. Dussehra festival will be inaugurated on October 15, 2023 from 10.15 am to 10.30 am.

Panjina Kawayat will be held on Vijayadashami day. Cultural programs, film festival, farmer's Dussehra, youth Dussehra are all planned to be celebrated systematically. He said that the members of the committee are of the opinion that this time Dussehra festival should be made meaningfully and grandly.

Jamboo riding, lamp-lighting, Panjina Kawayat are very important. This time Dipalankara will be lit from the opening day of Dussehra till the end of Dussehra and then for a week. He also said that this time it has been suggested to decorate the surrounding areas with lamps.

Siddaramaiah said that while selecting the stills, we choose the ones that reflect the five guarantees and inform people about them.

He informed that necessary infrastructure will be provided to the tourists coming to see Nadhabba Dussehra without any problems.

Siddaramaiah said that they are thinking of organizing an air show as part of Dussehra this year. He said that we will discuss this issue with the Defense Minister.
